Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Kosher Duck Revolution (“KDR,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of kosherduckrevolution.com and related domains (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old to use community features or submit user content.
- You must be 18 years or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make purchases, or have verifiable parental/guardian consent.
3. Safety Disclaimer
Unless otherwise stated on a product page:
- Ducks are decorative items only, not toys and not food.
- Choking hazard: Not suitable for children under 3.
- Do not chew, ingest, or modify ducks.
- If used near water, adult supervision is required.
4. Orders, Shipping & Cancellations
Orders. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may limit or cancel quantities at our discretion.
Cancellations. We will attempt to honor cancellation requests if received before shipment, but cannot guarantee it.
All Sales Final. Unless otherwise required by law, all purchases are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are offered.
Processing & Shipping. Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends, U.S. federal holidays, and Jewish holidays. We will try to ship faster when possible.
International Shipping. Available where listed at checkout. Buyers are responsible for all shipping fees, duties, VAT, and import taxes.
Lost/Damaged Packages. Risk of loss passes when packages are accepted by the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but are not responsible for the outcome.
5. Donations & Voluntary Support
Kosher Duck Revolution is an initiative of the Atlanta Israel Coalition, a 501(c)(3) organization. Any donations or voluntary contributions made through the Site are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Refunds are not offered for donations.
6. Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by their payment terms and privacy policy.
7. User-Generated Content (UGC)
Users may submit photos, videos, stories, and messages (collectively, “UGC”).
Your responsibilities:
- You must own or have rights to the content you submit.
- You may not post unlawful, hateful, defamatory, or infringing material.
- Any identifiable persons in your content must have given consent.
License you grant us: By submitting UGC, you grant KDR a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, and display your content in any media for community features, marketing, and promotional purposes.
Moderation: We may edit, refuse, or remove UGC at any time, for any reason.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including logos, text, graphics, and images, is owned by Atlanta Israel Coalition or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without prior written permission.
9. Partner Programs & Licensing
Nonprofits, schools, and organizations may participate in partner programs and co-branded duck campaigns. These opportunities are governed by separate written agreements.
10. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Violate any law or third-party rights.
- Interfere with the Site’s operation.
- Upload viruses or malicious code.
- Harass or impersonate others.
- Use the Site for unauthorized commercial purposes.
11. Third-Party Services
The Site may link to or integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., payment processors, shipping carriers). We are not responsible for third-party services, terms, or actions.
12. Disclaimers
The Site, products, and content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about uninterrupted access, accuracy, or error correction.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KDR and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount paid for your order.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold KDR and the Atlanta Israel Coalition harmless from claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Site, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
15. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to shalom@kosherduckrevolution.com with:
- Your contact information;
- Identification of the copyrighted work;
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material;
- A statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized;
- Your signature.
16. Privacy
Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflicts of law.
Arbitration. Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Fulton County, Georgia, under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Class Action Waiver. You agree to resolve disputes only on an individual basis and waive any right to class actions or jury trials.
Either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court in Fulton County, GA.
18. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
19. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting updates with a new “last updated” date. Continued use of the Site means you accept the revised Terms.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms and referenced policies are the entire agreement between you and KDR regarding the Site. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
